Before You Order
Delivery, care and returns
Two-person white-glove delivery, placed in the room of your choice with packaging removed. Free on orders over $500; $49 below that. You get a two-hour window by text the day before.
Most pieces can be adapted in width, depth and textile. Send the measurements you need and we will confirm price and lead time within two business days.
Wipe with a damp cloth, avoid standing water, and re-oil twice a year with the care kit supplied with every order. Scratches are sanded and oiled in place.
Thirty nights from delivery, in original condition, with free collection for continental US addresses. Custom and made-to-measure pieces are final sale.
